Welcome to apk500 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). apk500 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform operated for users who choose to access it, including those in Pakistan. The Platform is accessible at https://apk500.cam.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and apk500. They govern all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, account management, placing bets, accessing casino games, claiming promotions, making deposits or withdrawals, and any other interaction with apk500 services.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their contents, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, singular includes plural and vice versa.

To register and maintain an account on apk500, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your account. Age alone does not establish that gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly restricted or prohibited, unless you have independently confirmed that access is lawful for you.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or included on any national self-exclusion register that covers the Platform's services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of apk500 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• apk500 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep credentials secure.
• Account names and profile details must not be offensive, misleading or impersonate any individual or organisation.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable law and any guidelines published by apk500. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent any security feature, access restriction or technical control implemented on the Platform.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Collude with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not intended by apk500.
• Post, transmit or distribute harmful, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content via any communication feature on the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, design or content without authorisation.

apk500 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action deemed appropriate, including account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities.

All bets placed on apk500 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport or casino game. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing any bet. The following general betting conditions apply across the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. apk500 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set per market and may vary. Users must comply with these limits at all times.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are binding.
• apk500 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on an event with an obvious pricing mistake, or where a technical fault has materially affected the market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. apk500 is not liable for delays caused by your internet connection, including connections from cities across Pakistan.
• Any bet placed by a User who does not meet eligibility requirements under Clause 3 is void ab initio.

Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic Pakistan tournaments — are subject to additional sport-specific rules published separately on the Platform. Football, UFC and other live sports markets similarly carry their own supplementary rules.

apk500 supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including bank transfer options and popular mobile wallets. The following payment references are provided for context only — none of the named providers endorse or confirm support for gambling transactions on this Platform: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and standard Bank Transfer.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified per payment method and may change without prior notice.
• apk500 does not charge deposit fees as a general policy, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. apk500 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may be unable to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. apk500 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
• apk500 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above PKR 25,000 or equivalent.

Currency on the Platform is denominated in PKR for Pakistani users. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

apk500 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bets and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps. These are disclosed in the offer terms.
• Free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings from qualifying free bet stakes are creditable to the withdrawable balance.
• Promotions may be restricted to specific markets, sports or games. Bets placed on excluded markets do not count towards wagering requirements.
• apk500 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse promotional terms — including through multiple accounts, systematic accumulator abuse or coordinated staking patterns — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

apk500 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity and must never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering losses or resolving financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, which Users are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from apk500.
• All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. No licence or right to use them is granted by these Terms.
• User-generated content submitted to the Platform (such as support messages or feedback) may be used by apk500 for operational and quality improvement purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk500 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, whether or not foreseeable.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, connectivity issues or downtime affecting access to the Platform, including those caused by network conditions in Pakistan.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security or to verify the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction.
• The conduct, content or accuracy of any third-party payment provider, game supplier or data feed referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

apk500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity on your account.
• You are found to be ineligible under Clause 3 (for example, due to age or jurisdiction restrictions).
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in our dormant account policy.

Upon termination for cause, apk500 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination is for reasons other than User breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you through the original deposit method within a reasonable period.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the timeframe specified in the Platform's help section. Responsible gambling self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take precedence over standard account closure procedures.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk500 is licensed and incorporated, as disclosed in the operator's licensing documentation.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani law. apk500 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the operator's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available in the Platform's help section.

apk500 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
